Refunds and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled for services sold by SwirlHire.

1. Cancellation requests

Customers may request cancellation by writing to legal@swirlhire.com with their order details.

2. Refund eligibility

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a payment was processed successfully but the subscribed service was not activated or there was a duplicate charge, you may be eligible for a refund after verification.

3. Non-refundable cases

Once consulting, sourcing, subscription access, or recruitment work has started, amounts already consumed against service delivery are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Processing timeline

Approved refunds are typically initiated within 7 business days. Final credit timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.
